1Introduction

3Account Registration

• Each player is permitted to hold only one Arena Play account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

• Arena Play reserves the right to close or merge accounts where it determines that multiple accounts are held by the same individual.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Arena Play are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Arena Play does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Arena Play wallet within a few minutes of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Arena Play may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings may only be made after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Arena Play reserves the right to perform security checks on any withdrawal request. This may temporarily delay processing while checks are completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Gameplay Rules

Each game available on Arena Play is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. As a general rule, the following apply across all games on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Arena Play cannot reverse a confirmed bet once placed, except in the case of a verifiable system error.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, Arena Play will process the round or bet based on the state at the time of disconnection. Arena Play is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

• Attempting to exploit glitches, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or Arena Play support staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation from Arena Play.

8Privacy and Data

Your personal data will be used to manage your account, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications. 9Limitation of Liability

Arena Play provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable, secure, and fair environment, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

• Arena Play is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from internet connection failures, hardware malfunctions, or other technical issues on the player's side.
• Arena Play is not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of profits, or reputational damage.
• Arena Play's total liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Arena Play's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Arena Play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Before any dormant account action, Arena Play will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

You may also close your Arena Play account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account while a bonus is active, any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you through your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification.

11Responsible Gaming

Arena Play takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming is meant to be entertaining. When it stops being that, it's a problem — and Arena Play wants to help before things get difficult.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Arena Play — including disputes relating to these Terms, your account, or any game outcome — shall first be submitted to Arena Play's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, contact Arena Play support with a detailed description of your concern, including any relevant transaction IDs, dates, and screenshots where available. Arena Play commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to resolving or providing a substantive response within 30 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority under whose licence Arena Play operates.
